Social Solutions offers social media management services, including content creation, scheduling, analytics, and account management. Specific services are detailed in your service agreement or contract.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate against others.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

6. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing that we may inadvertently make.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Social Solutions, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received from the other party that is marked as confidential or would reasonably be considered confidential under the circumstances.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
